4th of July Party Inspiration

How is 4th of July right around the corner? Seriously, this summer is flying by and it just started!  I wanted to take some time today to share some of my favorite 4th of July party decor and inspiration. My fiancé and I haven’t decided what we are doing this year because the 4th lands on a Tuesday. We can’t go back to Iowa to see my family like we’ve done before.

Here is some of my favorite 4th of July Party inspiration:
3 tier margarita tower for a 4th of July Party

3-tier margarita pitcher for a backyard party.  This is from our party last year (see more here, here and here), we had so much fun hosting a party with our friends! I made grapefruit, lime and pineapple margaritas!

This is my biggest and favorite party secret — anytime I make margaritas for a party, I always cut up a jalapeno’s and freeze it in my ice cubes. If people want to add a little kick to their drinks, they can control how much! And they look so darn cute!

4th of July Picnic

source – We’ve talked about going down to the lakefront to watch the fireworks. If we decide to do it, this is my style of picnicking.

Frose popsicles for the 4th of July

source – All red, white and blue snacks feel right in the summer! These fresh little popsicles look so yummy and easy to make! Hopefully it’s nice and hot this weekend so we they will be perfect to stay cool.

Red, white and blue 4th of July swimsuits

source – I’m obsessed with all these red, white and blue swimsuits! Growing up I always wanted a stars and stripes swimsuit just like these! Shop them here:
